NDID Services is optional to allow customers to experience 100% digital services. It is up to service providers’ conditions and always is customer’s choice. Since Q1 of 2020, NDID has launched cross-bank savings account opening services and gradually expanded to other services, such as online securities account opening, mutual fund account registration, online loan applications, annual tax filing, and services related to the education and healthcare sectors.
